Mr. Kaiba, I followed your orders and read the report detailing Katagawa’s ‘misconduct’. The report states he took a thirty-minute toilet break which was deemed excessive by the office supervisor. However, I spoke to Mr. Newton and he doesn’t recall the incident.
There have been no previous complaints about Katagawa.
This has got to be a mistake. This report is from Sunday and Katagawa doesn’t work on Sundays.
Something’s amiss here. Newton would remember letting someone in a higher position go and he would notify me in person. You should find out who really submitted this report.
And let Huyen know that she should hire Katagawa back immediately. I’m sure he will come back so there’s no need to apologize to him.
